Groundwork is a grant intelligence tool for Canadian artists, built and operated by withREVERE Inc., a Canadian production company based in Toronto, Ontario. Questions? Contact mark@withrevere.com.
We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and artist profile details (location, experience, genres, current projects, past work). We also store the grants you track, your notes, and AI relevance scores generated for your account.
Your information is used solely to power Groundwork — specifically to generate AI relevance scores tailored to your practice, surface relevant grant opportunities, and track deadlines. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Grant relevance scores are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Your artist profile is sent to Claude to produce these scores. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We send only what's necessary and never include sensitive personal information beyond your professional practice details.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in Canada. Access is protected by Row Level Security — only you can read your own data. We use Vercel to host the application.
You can update or delete your profile information at any time from within the app. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email mark@withrevere.com and we'll action it within 7 days. As a Canadian service, we comply with PIPEDA.
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of Groundwork after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
